I believe this issue is relevant to gendergap since how we treat
each other on Wikipedia affects our ability to retain new editors,
and if we don't retain significant numbers of new editors, we
don't have much hope of improving the gender gap.
The organizers of the RfC are hoping to attract wide
participation, so please fill out the questionnaire and post your
responses if you have the time.
