Thanks for your enthusiasm all :)
@Keilana - other people certainly can, I'm intending to transform it in to a legit Wikiproject sooner or later anyway. That said, I actually already have a pretty extensive list: I have another 180 names or so of almost-certainly-notable philosophers that I just hadn't added to the page yet since it hadn't generated too much interest. I'll put up a bunch more names within the next day, so it may make sense to hold off on looking for more people to add until I do so.
@Tom - copyediting or new article creation help would both be appreciated :) I'm definitely not the best at either. I've been moving started articles down to the bottom half of the page, so that would be a good place to find stuff start copyediting. In fairness to you, recognizing two of the names on the current list is far better than most people I've run across, heh. Many philosophy majors I've met haven't recognized a single name, even on my extended list that I haven't put on-wiki yet. The people I've listed so far also vary pretty wildly in how prominent they are. Some - like Alison Jaggar - are hugely cited hugely prominent people, while others may only have published a couple of widely-reviewed books.
Thanks,
Kevin Gorman
