Hi Tila, thank you for sharing this opportunity with the list.

However I found the skill request of 8+ years professional experience in addition to a Masters degree, or 12+ years experience with a Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on gender, social justice, inclusion or another relevant field hard to reach by a wikimedian. For sure fits with a professional figure, but the second request is about Familiarity with the Wikimedia movement, including experience in organizing campaigns and/or using Product tools on Wikimedia projects. I don't know how much these two requests put together can help find someone with the necessary skills.
