The U.S. government website for the International Women of Courage Award is down. There are probably quite a few articles that link to this page, as it helps establish notability for many women in the Global South.

The award was started by Condoleezza Rice in 2007 when she served as U.S. Secretary of State under Republican president George W. Bush.
