I decided to join this mailing list when I saw it on another editor's userpage. My experience with other mailing lists is Wikimedia-I, where I've sent out the WMYHTW threads for the past month. Anyways, I'm interested in the gender gap on Wikipedia, so it's probably a good idea to stay informed via this mailing list.
