This is really exciting Lantuszka! I also think it's critical that women
come together in spaces like this - and there has yet to be a major
WikiWomen "gathering" in Europe (outside of the Wikimania WikiChix
luncheons).
I encourage people to register, and you can always apply for a Wikimedia
Participation Grant, which could help cover the cost of registration,
travel and accommodation. Find more out here:

But the main space for the WikiWomen Initiative that I would see is
actually in the unconference that is taking place the day after actual
PDF.
Now, what is the unconference? well, simply check on Wikipedia:

unconference is a participant-driven meeting. The ePF is providing a
space and tech-facitilites as internet access, beamer, etc and you are
free to use the space as you wish. Most of the PDF attendees would
also attend it, maybe even some more people? This is a great space
that we could use for the Wikiwomen initiative. What do you think?
Due to a limited number of places it is necessary to submit a
registration form by *January 15th (!) *- the registration is same
form for the PDF and the unconference.
The event has no participation costs, so the only expenses are
accommodation + travel costs.
However thanks to support from Trust CEE we can cover a limited number
of travel & accommodation costs of participants from these 6
countries: Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia
and Slovenia. Thanks to Omidyar Network we can support attendees from
Ukraine too. so if you are from one of these countries and would like
to obtain the travel cost reimburcement, please mention this upon
registering. And if you have colleagues in the countries as Czech
Rep., Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and/or Ukraine, please be
so kind to let them know about this interesting event and opportunity
to have travel costs reimbursed.
