Q: Has any research been done re why people who grew up as girls take the leap of faith at all, in which way they arm themselves and what makes them stay on and remain active?
my guess is that the official stats about the participation of "women" and "men" as editors or otherwise are inaccurate (to say the least), and maybe simply wrong for lack of the right data.
