I noticed that.

However, the German article focuses on the use in pornography, and the
nastier image is more appropriate in that setting.


Personally, I thought the extra bit of nastiness unnecessary (especially combined with the lack of drawing expertise in execution).

 
The English article about [[Cum shot]] drifts into areas that are more
sexuality than pornography, often reproducing content which is on
[[Facial (sex act)]].  German Wikipedia doesnt appear to have an
article about the sexual act.


A cumshot is not a sexual act, but a photographic recording of a sexual act ("shot" refers to the photography, not the ejaculation).
