I believe for 2012 Megan said that they'd be working on it in April (or maybe May?) after the bulk of their non-English fundraising was done. I couldn't find anything for 2011 from a brief glance myself either.
On that note, https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Fundraising could do with some expansion/love if anyone can contribute.

Hi guys,

We're currently working on editing the 2012/2013 report to include donation info the end of 2012 as well as from the last two months, but it's not posted yet.
We had banners running in most countries (excluding the 5 English countries that got banners in Nov./Dec. 2012) throughout March and took them down on March 31. We're still sorting through and organizing this info. I'll send a note to the mailing lists when the report is up on meta.
