Hi all,

This is probably more of a MediaWiki question, but since it is directly related to Foreground, maybe one of you has run into the same issue?

I just installed mediawiki 1.33, and Foreground 2.2.1 I want to change the color of the title bar, so I go to

http://<my_site>/index.php/MediaWiki:Foreground.css

But I get

There is currently no text in this page. You can search for this page title in other pages, or search the related logs, but you do not have permission to create this page.

I added myself to Administrators (I was able to edit MediaWiki:Sidebar for example), but no luck with Foreground.css. Any suggestions?
