Hi all,
This is probably more of a MediaWiki question, but since it is directly
related to Foreground, maybe one of you has run into the same issue?
I just installed mediawiki 1.33, and Foreground 2.2.1 I want to change the
color of the title bar, so I go to
http://<my_site>/index.php/MediaWiki:Foreground.css
But I get
There is currently no text in this page. You can search for this page title
<http://wiki.lrose.net/index.php/Special:Search/Foreground.css> in other
pages, or search the related logs
<http://wiki.lrose.net/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=MediaWiki:Foreground.css>,
but you do not have permission to create this page.
I added myself to Administrators (I was able to edit MediaWiki:Sidebar for
example), but no luck with Foreground.css. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Bruno.

Hi Bruno,
it appears that you managed to create the Foreground.css page [0]. I am
not absolutely sure but since MW 1.32 you may need to be interface
administrator to change such pages.
Cheers, Karsten
