There is already a "Thank" link in the history page, for the first diff of
every page, so we can already do that. Eg.

Perhaps "Thank" links at
or similar. (because we'll occasionally want to Thank for a later-version)
They were considering putting a Thank link in the MV,
but I'm not sure if that's still the case.
