From the top of my head:

JS i18n message parser (mw.message) isn't as great as its PHP counterpart. We'll have to improve it or use less complex texts (I don't think there are much)

There's also no JS date/time formatter. Not sure how ok we are with the current (fixed) datetime format when going to frwiki as well.

And I think some of our "time ago" messages (like "active x time ago") are not localizable at all ("x time ago" can't be combined in sentences, there's no way to translate that in some languages)

Oh! Perfect. I'll make a card for that. Are there others?

Some of the JavaScript message rendering is not localized.  For example, try the infinite scrolling in http://ee-flow.wmflabs.org/wiki/Talk:Sandbox, some of the text is always in English

Matthias mentioned in the Flow retrospective this morning that we need to do some i18n work, if we want to deploy on the French WP Forum des nouveaux.

Looking at the upcoming release on ee-flow with French set as my language in preferences, it looks like all of the messages are correctly translated into French. (Attached are screenshots showing the Flow board, the topic page, the notifications panel and the topic dropdown menu.)

What i18n work needs to get done here?
