Hi collaboration people: 

We've been discussing this for a while, and we would like to delete the browser test jobs in Jenkins that target test2wiki. 

At one point they served a purpose, but today beta labs is the test environment of record and mediawiki.org is functionally equivalent to test2wiki. 

If you have any objections to this let me know, otherwise we'll be deleting these builds in Jenkins this week.
