For new modal -- create a new card for changing modal dialog in core, and declare victory on G-11.
I misspoke, I meant declare victory on G-5 "Spike-ish: mw-ui standardization (the stuff Shahyar worked on around his visit)."
May and Shahyar need to nail down the Flow moderation dialog appearance, AIUI it's a "not so simple" modal with a title but no ✕ ✓. We need patches for this by Wednesday, otherwise the dialog we have now goes out on Thursday to mediawiki.org
