Are we sure the sign-up process is working well? I actually tried joining
this list multiple times over the past year before I was finally able to
start receiving the emails, only when I asked for help from Fabrice in
adding me manually. (I checked spam folder.) I wonder if others have tried
to join like I did and simply gave up?
Another idea - It's been a while since a Wikipedian did IAmA on Reddit!

QAers, Editor Engagement is the team(s) who build features intended to

Hi all,
Checking the list membership again, I see only 94 members on this list,
including some clearly inactive accounts like old staff members no longer
with us.
I wonder if it's time again to do a little recruitment for joining this
list, perhaps on the Village Pumps etc.?
