Split first patch into 5 different patches to help make code review easier.

Fixed exception in Jenkins that's blocking Krinkle.

Fixed VE toolbar issue, not aligned properly.

Still working on Vagrant issues.

Looked at Matthias' asynch work.

Cleanup on Growth team tasks.
