Hi everyone,
Are you using the *Programs & Events Dashboard* to organise Wikimedia
education programmes or manage campaigns? We’d love to have you join our
upcoming *Community Testing & Feedback Call* for the EduWiki Hub P&E V2
Dashboard Project.
This will be a *hands-on session* where you can explore the latest
Dashboard improvements, test new and updated features from a user’s
perspective, and share feedback that can help shape the next round of
improvements.
📅 Session details:
- *Date:* 18 September 2026
- *Time:* 16:00 UTC
- *Format:* Online via Zoom
*Register here:* P&E V2 Community Testing & Feedback Call
<https://zoom.us/meeting/register/5zr-uxveT56ZB7aahluVKw>
After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the information
needed to join the meeting.
What can you expect?
We’ll start with a brief overview of the latest Dashboard updates, followed
by a guided, hands-on testing session.
You’ll have a chance to:
- explore new and updated Dashboard features;
- try out the Dashboard from an organiser’s perspective;
- identify bugs, usability issues, or anything that could work better;
and
- share your feedback and suggestions directly with the project team.
You don’t need to be a technical expert. *Your experience using the
Dashboard is what matters.* Whether you have used it extensively or have
encountered challenges while organising programmes or campaigns, your
perspective can help us make the tool more useful for the Wikimedia
education community.
👥 Who is this for?
The session is open to *Programs & Events Dashboard users and supporters*,
particularly:
- programme organisers; and
- campaign editors.
If you use the Dashboard as part of your Wikimedia education work, we’d be
happy to have your input.
🌍 Help shape the Dashboard
The P&E Dashboard is an important tool for organising, tracking, and
supporting Wikimedia education programmes. Community feedback is an
important part of making sure that its development responds to the actual
needs and experiences of the people using it.
You can learn more about the Dashboard development work, current
priorities, recent updates, technical contributors, and opportunities for
community participation on the project page:
EduWiki Hub P&E Dashboard Project on Meta-Wiki
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/EduWiki_Hub_P%26E_Dashboard_Project>
*We hope you’ll join us, share the invitation with other Dashboard users in
your networks, and help shape what comes next.*
Best,
*Bukola*
