This is exactly what we did last year: set goals collaboratively and then followed what throughtout the year (at least the parts that were possible).
It it high time to re-evaluate, set new goals, ones that also align with the "bigger picture", i.e. the movement's strategic efforts.

Just a side note, maybe it's time for the WMF education team to conduct a survey to find out what the worldwide education community currently needs from you the most. WMF has an expert team from within the community - "education collaborative" - which are well positioned to work together with the WMF education employees in formulating strategy and annual plans. What do you think?
