The scholarship is just for &quot;post secondary students&quot;. This year it is restricted to Canadian but as the numbers have not been as good as hoped (still a few months to go). Will be looking at offering this globally next year.<br>
<br>I will be lecturing on Wikipedia next month in India and Nepal at two medical school their. I will let you know how it goes. They have managed to find a computer lab with 10 computers in New Delhi thus after the lectures which will be open to all we will be having a hands on session limited to 20 people. It supposedly filled up the day it was announced.<br clear="all">
