Excellent idea Andrew, while there are many high quality education programmes that now exist in our space, they do seem to be aimed predominately at universities and &quot;traditional&quot; academia.  Entire fields of &quot;blue collar&quot; knowledge are being left out.  Good to see I&#39;m not the only one that&#39;s spotted that gap!<div>

I&#39;ve proposed a talk on vocational education, deliberately designed to be a bit different to some of the other likely talks on this subject so that we can get some new ideas going. It&#39;s obviously dependent on whether I can get to Wikimania or not, but if I don&#39;t, I&#39;ll write it up and upload it somewhere anyway :)<br>
