Same from me, great to hear about this!
What is the general feedback from students about writing on Wikipedia as a part of their education?

Great work! As a Greek Wikipedian, I can ascertain that the medical articles are much needed on Greek Wikipedia. I recently turned to one myself for info, and was impressed by the quality and detail. Congrats Konstantinos, from here as well:)

Didn't know we had branding instructions! Nice to see that page Lianna!

And good work with the Greek program  Konstantinos!

Hi Konstantinos,

How exciting to see all of the great work! You are encouraged to use the logo you created; it's open to everyone who wants to affiliate themselves with the education program.

I encourage you to add it here:

Hello,

the last 2-3 years I run a number of projects in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), Greece. They were done with the invitation and cooperation of dr. Bratsas from OKFN Greece.

Two of the projects were with a postgraduate class on web science of the School of Mathematics of AUTH and another one (for two years) was with an undergraduate course (medical education) of the Medical School of AUTH, which involved the translation of medical articles from english to greek wikipedia .

Both had very good results, especially the last project with the medical students (http://el.wikipedia.org/wiki/Βικιπαίδεια:Πανεπιστημιακά_Εγχειρήματα/ΑΠΘ_Ιατρική_Εκπαίδευση). They translated so many excellent articles (we had given them a selection of top and high importance articles, of FA-class to B-class: most of them chose FA and A class articles). We had asked them to form teams of two to three students, each with a personal account, to work on the same article, so we had a very good quality instead of asking an article from each student (that would give just a big quantity of bad articles).

For wikipedia it was great, as greek wikipedia has many gaps in medical articles, and it is almost impossible to translate articles on an area with such special terminology. The students except all the good things anybody earns from contributing to Wikipedia, trained their vocabulary and english and greek terminology of their science. The professor expressed his interest to do something more than just an assignment.

We are organising another project in the School of Mathematics (http://el.wikipedia.org/wiki/Βικιπαίδεια:Πανεπιστημιακά_Εγχειρήματα/ΑΠΘ_Μαθηματικό), with undergraduate students this time. It will be again translation from teams of students, of mathematical articles. This time we are planning it better as we will be using online ambassadors to help with the students, assigning them personally (last time there was just a list of wikipedians willing to help). The assignment will be given to almost 140 students.

I have created a logo (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia_Education_Program_Aristotle_University_of_Thessaloniki_logo.svg) to use, is it ok or do I need something different since our project is not a part of the official Wikipedia Education Program sponsored by the WMF?
