Hi Tom,

I would like to suggest that each group try to cover also its measure
of success, if any. If there is not, no problem, but let us know. I
also think it is important to mention planned activities and a high
leve roadmap for them (like: in the next 6 months we will do that in
the year try to expand in this or that way). Thus I'd change Sophie's
suggestion for each group cover the following:

A) Structure of the programme and measure of success (if any)
B) Current activities and planned ones (high level roadmap)
C) Successes
D) Mistakes (or rather, things to learn from)

By the way, if you have some report page (learning, structure etc.),
similar to what I tried to do here
