I would get in contact with Dan Cohen, <dan@dancohen.org>, the Director of the Center for History and New Media at George Mason University. They are very Wikipedia-friendly there (they are also who originated THATcamp) and are a strong presence in the digital humanities field. He may have some more specific help for you.
I would like to second Lori's recommendation of Dan Cohen their center is on top of almost everything that is going on right now in digital humanities work, and would know who to publish with,
