I added the {{closed cap}} template so it is easier to see what transaltions are available and to create new ones. So far there is Swedish, English, Portugese and Chinese!

And now the video on Youtube have subtitles, and I uploaded it to Commons and it has subtitles in Swedish and English there too!

 

 

I haven't fixed the subtitles for the short version, but it should be easier now when the transcription is already made.

Maybe we should think about suggesting Cannes Film Festival to have a free culture section. ;P

 

(But really, how to influence more effectively international film festivals to have also open content, mainly those about education?)
