By the way I tell you, some time ago, I made a frontend for fmpeg2theora software to convert any format of video or audio. Ogg.

You can view and download it to install in Windows, I did thinking of the teachers who work with the Plan Ceibal, here I leave link to the article, tutorial and software installer, everything is open and free:

hi fernando,

there is a new feature called "chunked upload" which allows bigger
uploads, but you need a modern browser like newer firefox/chromium to
use it. you can enable it in the preferences:

the limit should be about 500 MB.
