And now the video on Youtube have subtitles, and I uploaded it to Commons and it has subtitles in Swedish and English there too!

I haven't fixed the subtitles for the short version, but it should be easier now when the transcription is already made.

Maybe we should think about suggesting Cannes Film Festival to have a free culture section. ;P

(But really, how to influence more effectively international film festivals to have also open content, mainly those about education?)
