A few months ago [1], Edward (cc'd) synthesized the most common education program surveys after reviewing surveys submitted by education program leaders. You can find out more about the process here: https://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/Education/Surveys/2016_survey_goals_assessment

Now, there are three survey templates program leaders can use:

* Educator survey about their classroom: https://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/Education/Surveys/Educator_survey_about_their_classroom
* Educator training survey: https://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/Education/Surveys/Educator_training_survey
