I’m having a problem on my vagrant with getting the resource manager http
server to start, but I’m not really sure why. Let me know if you have that

mean is that the _vagrant_ code needs a submodule.
The "best" citizen thing to do would be to try to make the error message
better. Something like "Could not find declared class ..... Try running git
submodule update --init --recursive in the root of the vagrant checkout!"
would have made this
