I added a "be focused" section.

Especially on early prototypes you also want the conversation to focus on a specific aspect. You may have a clickable prototype where most links don't work and graphical elements are not polished because you want to just focus on the overall navigation.

So if the design is presented with specific design goals or a specific scenario, it is desirable to (a) focus the feedback on those, or (b) raise an issue of the scenario not being representative.
