Yes. Let's get them all moved; this makes a lot more sense. They are
our projects, so put them in that space. Or, of course, we could move
them all out, but I think this would be less clear.

I think it's quite fine to discuss things here in between meetings.
Certain discussion topics often work better on IRC, others on mailing
lists :-)

I think this idea could be useful but we do have deadlines, and also
the announcements of the project will generally make it clear.
However, we could always add it as an option.
