I'm not usually Pedantic, but it's 4:00 EDT, since we made the switch to Daylight Savings time.

And, the meeting is at 4:30 EDT.

I'm pointing this out because the time change got me last year -- the meeting is still at 20:30UTC,

but the time reflected in other zones moves around.
