I think it's a good idea

but I think before we go we should consider the similar kind of stuff we have at the moment

like Wikizine or wikipedia signpost etc. Is there any overlap with these materials?

I think the suggestion is good with a clear target audience, that's very important for digesting our material to a newsletter
