With the deployment of timed media handler, we can now import cc licensed material from youtube directly from their webm derivatives. Jan has put together this nice python script https://github.com/bit/youtube2mediawiki
I also see the import from url talk is active on the village pump: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Village_pump/Proposals#Upload_by_U...
What pages are tools server pages are currently used to import from sites like flickr? Should we add youtube import as well?
You can search youtube creative commons from cc site http://search.creativecommons.org/
Or from the editor "cc" tab: http://www.youtube.com/editor

UploadWizard supports importing from Flickr, but it's currently turned off pending some bug-fixes. I would love to see it extended to support YouTube as well. Feel free to file an enhancement request for it in Bugzilla.
