At the moment that's what will happen. But we can work with
Orgullomoore, the bot owner, to fix this up. For example, if you put
'no-orgullobot' in the deletion reason, it won't delink. So when we
delete such PNGs, we could just put 'no-orgullobot', and then manually
give it a replacement instruction. Or we could invent something new
like 'orgullobot-replace:newimage.jpg' . I don't think that will be a
big problem.

If the filenames are almost the same (diagram.png) -> (diagram.svg) a
keyword like "png2svg" on the deletion summary would make the bot just
change the extension on the page. Kyle, what do you think?
