What is the point of discussing it when it says that there is already a
consensus. Some people read an overflow of discussion on the mailing list, a
similar overflow has happened on Commons.
The reaction that there is already more or less a policy dictates an end to
the discussion. This is a bit much given that the chairman of the board
explicitly asks for the discussion to take place on a specific place.
