I&#39;ve known users who started uploading fair use/inapropiate material to Commons, and after having explained them the right way to the things, they were even more entusiastic, and, now, some of them, are Commons sysops. We should try not to scare/bite newbies, they are the future of the project. Something I&#39;ve noticed from Commons sysops is that the &quot;block&quot; tab seems to be flashing or something, cause they are so eargerly to press it. The solution is not blocking, but teaching.
