Also if its not too late, I'd like a feature for the delinker:
if the image was deleted with a reason like : Duplicate of xyz.jpg
then it should change the picture, and not delink it, or leave in an HTML comment, for with the duplicate pictures location (Ideally it would have to compensate for differences in resoulution of the original and duplicate, and counter-act it, so a comment would be the most doable solution I think).

It uses Duesntriebs checkusage and comments out every image use with HTML comment. but at the moment galleries and transclusions don't work. i am gonna fix that in a few days i think.
