Sorry if this question is presumptuous, but is it certain that this<br>tool doesn&#39;t violate any patents held by Facebook, Inc.?<font color="#888888"></font></blockquote><div><br>Flickr has a similar &quot;notes&quot; tool where you can drag a box around an area of the photo and type in a note of some sort - I&#39;m sure the idea of adding boxes with info to images is not new, and unless we directly copied Facebook&#39;s coding for their version I don&#39;t think we&#39;re violating any copyrights or patents. This is just my opinion though, I haven&#39;t done any research on the subject...
