so.. suppose I delete a png sicne there's a superior svg (manually
checked) the bot currently delinsk the png from local projects
is there a way to tell the bot to relink with the svg?
otherwise projects will lose the png unaware that there's a svg replacing it

At the moment that's what will happen. But we can work with
Orgullomoore, the bot owner, to fix this up. For example, if you put
'no-orgullobot' in the deletion reason, it won't delink. So when we
delete such PNGs, we could just put 'no-orgullobot', and then manually
give it a replacement instruction. Or we could invent something new
like 'orgullobot-replace:newimage.jpg' . I don't think that will be a
big problem.

As far as I know there is no way to include a replace-comment in the deletion reason (yet). But I just noticed that the Delinker is able to replace images through commands. See http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Orgullobot/commands/documentation for the syntax.
