Good afternoon,
I have tried clicking the List information button and signing in to try and unsubscribe from the list. However, every time I sign in, it tells me that I was sent an “activation email” that I never receive, not in junk or in my inbox, and thus I am unable to unsubscribe. Can an alternate method of unsubscribing be provided, especially if I plan on potentially re-subscribing in the future?

Hi,
for each list there is a special email address that can be used to reach the admins of that specific list.
It is the listname followed by "-owner", so in this case:
cloud-owner@lists.wikimedia.org
would directly mail the list admins but not the entire list.
I would suggest that to ask to be unsubscribed if there are issues like this.
