This maintenance is now complete.
This will cause a brief downtime of ToolsDB (estimated: 10 minutes).
The downtime was unfortunately much longer than expected (approximately 49 minutes, from 13:13 UTC to 14:02 UTC). This was caused by MariaDB taking a very long time to shut down.

I will add more technical details in the task and I will research how to avoid long downtimes during future upgrades.
