I do: I've recently started to build this in Rust:

Pain points so far:
 - there's no Kubernetes image for it, though I'm pretty sure it would
work with the golang image (so far, I've been using the SGE
alternative);
 - I can't compile on my own box and run in on SGE easily because of
the GLIBC version : because of Arch. I always have the latest version,
whereas SGE doesn't (so far, I'm building in a LXC container with an
older version — it looks like it's possible to cross-compile with a
specific GLIBC version, but that's not easy).

I'll copy that on Phabricator and Wikitech later today.
