I've got a mysterious problem with OAuth accessing
https://spi-tools-dev.toolforge.org/. I have a new feature in beta test, which I'm
gating by whitelisting the usernames of my testers.
User:Girth Summit <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Girth_Summit> reported being
unable to access the feature, and the problem turned out to be that he's apparently
being authenticated as "GirthSummit" (no space). As far as I can tell,
that's not a valid username
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/GirthSummit>, yet it's what
I'm getting back from my django/social-auth authentication flow. Anybody have any
idea what might be going on?
I have three whitelisted users; he's the only one with a space in their username.
