Depending on your usecase, you might find this useful as well:

Groups that are set because of wgAutopromote are stored in logging, so if you want to know since when the user fulfils the condition for autopromoting, it's available. See the following query made on enwiki.

I think the implicit groups don't get stored in the database by MediaWiki, they are determined at runtime.

You might be able to go through https://www.mediawiki.org/w/api.php?action=help&modules=query%2Busers with usprop=implicitgroups and filter them yourself.
