Poked a bit at PAWS for T185434, `chgrp tools.paws /data/project/paws/userhomes/*` allows the script to do its thing, I feel there is something missing here still.Otherwise just hanged around #wikimedia-cloud and answered basic questions in cloud list and attempted to triage a bit of the new phab tasks.
