Thanks for this Mike. I’ll bring this up to discuss with the BHL Wiki group to see what the thoughts are next meeting. I’d definitely also like to discuss this with JJ to get her thoughts as well.

My initial thoughts with regard to the last point are that the report should be produced post-update and that it doesn’t need to be reviewed or approved before the updates are applied.

Tell me more. What should be included on the report? Should it be delivered or downloaded (pushed or pulled)? Maybe a notification gets delivered telling recipients that the report is ready for download? If delivered, I assume that's an email. Who are the recipients? If downloaded, from where? Admin site? Is the report produced post-update, or is it something that must be reviewed/approved before the updates are applied? (The second option here is WAY more complicated. I hesitate to even mention it as a possibility.) Thanks for your attention to this.
