Some highlights for today:

Tiago has been making major updates to BHL meta, wikimedia commons, wikidata, and wikipedia pages and would love to get feedback from the group on his progress. (see: BHL-WIKI 56) 🤗

🔹 Determining a Policy for Duplicates and Data Discrepancies in Commons

@Siobhan Leachman has added some examples for the group to look at together around images that appear to be duplicates in Commons but come from different sources and have varying levels of quality. We will discuss and decide on scope and policy today.

🔹 More BHL Project Management Basics - Group Metrics

Together we will brainstorm together around group metrics and how to effectively tie them to our desired outcomes. Please review our charter once more and think about ways we can measure our progress in meaningful ways. Also, don’t forget to review our Project Management Basics (BHL-WIKI 36) and the related recording if you need some baseline PM training.
