Hello BHL-WIKI Folks!
We are getting ready for an action-packed meeting next week!
Here’s a sneak peek at some of the highlights and updates from our agenda.
🔹 SPNHC+TDWG 2024 / IBC 2024 / Wikimania 2024 / NHM Recaps
Check out the amazing scholarly output from this group in the last 2 months.  Kudos to all the collaborators!
Additionally, many thanks to @Siobhan Leachman who has put together a thorough Conference report for SPNHC TDWG 2024 for those who were not able to attend.
🔹 WikiConNA 2024 Updates
Register and hear about some of the sessions that will be happening at WikiConNA 2024; many, many upcoming talks from BHL-WIKI members will be featured at this event!
🔹 BHL Wikipedian-in-Residence Update
Catch up on the latest on the BHL WiR recruitment process. We are making great headway!
🔹 WMF Annual Plan Update
Learn about BHL-WIKI's hypothesis for the WMF annual plan on standardizing metadata and how it could boost the use of underrepresented biodiversity images. We'd love everyone's input on how to measure and track this outcome.
🔹 BHL Image SDC Data Model
Diving back into the latest on our in-progress data model. Let's discuss outstanding properties and try to solidify some community data model decisions.
🔹 More BHL Project Management Basics
Refine your understanding of research spikes and story points. Don’t forget to review BHL Project Management Basics and the related recording from last month.
We look forward to a productive session with valuable discussions and decisions.  Hope to see you there!
PS: I will be updating our standing series invite with some incoming and outgoing members, please look out for that.

Thanks!
