I'd compiled all of my GLAM analytics notes and thoughts into a Google Doc
(noting that I'm not a tech-person, so it may not make much sense - but I
just happen to speak to museum technologists a good bit and had insights to
share). This was sent to the analytics team, but I never heard anything
back.
